The first Fangsheng employee’s representitive conference came in October. The conference was held in Mashan Shuntianbibo Resort on Oct.19. Mr. Yang Xiaodong, the vice president of the Federation of Trade Unions attended the meeting with chairman of the company Mr. Ding Zhenfang, general manager Mr. Ding Zhenhong, Mr. Zhang Weifeng, Fangsheng union president and the first elected staff representatives.

There are five main agendas of the conference; seven systems were adopted in harmony, democratic and open, fair and equitable basis.
